Konfillmarine LCC is recruiting qualified and experienced offshore professionals to join an AHTS DP2 vessel for an upcoming offshore project.

We are specifically seeking experienced crew members of  Romanian, and Scandinavian / North European nationalities, including candidates from Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Ireland, and Lithuania.

Applicants must have proven North Sea offshore experience and anchor-handling experience relevant to their position. The successful candidates will work aboard a DP2 vessel supporting offshore supply, anchor-handling, and other marine operations.

Key Responsibilities

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

Master

• Manage the safe operation, navigation, and overall command of the vessel.
• Supervise DP2 operations and offshore anchor-handling activities.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, maritime regulations, and HSE requirements.
• Coordinate vessel operations with offshore project personnel and clients.

Chief Officer

• Supervise deck operations, including anchor handling, mooring, and offshore supply activities.
• Support the Master with vessel operations and safety management.
• Coordinate deck crew duties, maintenance, and operational readiness.
• Ensure compliance with lifting, rigging, and anchor-handling procedures.

Chief Engineer

• Manage the engine department and oversee the operation of propulsion and auxiliary machinery.
• Coordinate maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Ensure the reliability of machinery and technical systems during offshore operations.
• Maintain engineering records and compliance with safety procedures.

Second Engineer

• Assist the Chief Engineer with engine-room operations and maintenance planning.
• Monitor machinery performance and carry out inspections and repairs.
• Supervise assigned engine-room tasks and report equipment defects.
• Maintain safe and efficient operation of engineering systems.

Bosun

• Supervise deck ratings and coordinate daily deck activities.
• Assist with anchor handling, mooring, rigging, and deck maintenance.
• Inspect deck equipment and report defects.
• Follow operational procedures and onboard safety requirements.

Cook

• Prepare meals for officers and crew.
• Maintain food hygiene, galley cleanliness, and safe food-storage practices.
• Manage provisions and monitor food supplies.
• Follow onboard catering and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Ukrainian, Romanian, Scandinavian, or eligible North European nationality as specified for the project.
• Previous experience in the position applied for.
• Proven North Sea offshore experience – mandatory.
• Relevant anchor-handling experience – mandatory.
• Previous AHTS vessel experience preferred.
• DP2 vessel experience required where applicable to the position.
• Valid Certificate of Competency or professional qualifications relevant to the applied rank.
• Valid STCW certificates and other required maritime documents.
• Valid Seaman’s Book and medical fitness certificate, where applicable.
• Good command of English.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to work effectively within an offshore crew.
• Availability for the expected mobilisation period.
