We are inviting applicants for our Interisland Apprenticeship Program onboard LCT Cargo vessels.
This program is designed for new seafarers with no prior sea service who wish to gain practical onboard experience and complete their required cadet training.
Successful candidates will join active interisland operations, assisting the crew in navigation, engine, and catering departments under professional supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company training policy, main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Assisting in vessel operations, maintenance, and watchkeeping duties
• Participating in safety drills and routine inspections
• Supporting deck, engine, or galley teams as assigned
• Observing and learning shipboard procedures, documentation, and safety standards
• Maintaining good discipline and teamwork onboard

Requirements:
• Valid STCW Basic Training Certificates
• Valid Seafarer’s Medical Certificate
• No sea service required (fresh graduates are welcome)
• Proficiency in English communication
• Willingness to train onboard LCT Cargo vessels
