Job Description:
The Deck Foreman will manage and supervise deck operations, ensuring all lifting, rigging, and cargo handling activities are executed safely and efficiently. (Only EU Nationals may apply.)

• Lead deck crew in all marine and rigging tasks
• Inspect rigging gear and ensure compliance with safety procedures
• Coordinate with crane operators and supervisors
• Maintain deck organization and safety awareness
• Report operations progress and incidents

• EU nationality required
• Offshore or shipboard deck supervision experience
• Valid offshore certificates
• Leadership and communication skills
• Fluent English
