Job Description:
Crew will support offshore installation operations involving turbine components, heavy-lift crane works, motion-compensated gangways (if installed), and deck/engine room routine tasks. Safe work practices, teamwork, and familiarity with offshore environments are essential. Some roles will require participation in crane lifts, rigging, marine DP operations, or engine room equipment monitoring depending on rank.

Key Responsibilities (Role-Dependent):
• Perform tasks required for turbine installation support and vessel operations
• Follow HSE, permit-to-work, and risk assessment procedures
• Participate in toolbox talks, emergency drills, and daily job planning
• Maintain equipment, tools, and operational documentation appropriate to rank
• Cooperate with multi-national offshore teams and client representatives

Requirements:
• Valid STCW Certificates and Seaman’s Book
• Offshore medical certificate (OGUK or equivalent)
• Experience in Offshore Construction, Heavy Lift, Jack-Up, W2W, PSV, AHTS, or WTIV preferred
• Good English communication skills
• Ability to work in a structured and safety-driven environment
