Job Description:
An urgent opportunity is available for an Electro-Technical Officer (ETO) to join a Multi-Purpose Support Vessel (MPSV) operating in the UK sector, with immediate joining required. The vessel supports offshore construction and subsea operations, requiring a skilled ETO to manage and maintain all electrical and electronic systems onboard. Candidates must have valid UK working rights and be ready to work in a dynamic offshore environment.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Maintaining and troubleshooting electrical and electronic systems onboard
• Supporting DP systems, automation, and control equipment
• Performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance
• Ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards
• Assisting engineering team with technical support and repairs
Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Certificate of Competency (CoC)
• High Voltage (HV) certification
• UK Working Rights (mandatory)
• Valid passport
• Seaman’s book
Employment Details:
• Contract Duration: 4 weeks on / 4 weeks off
