I am currently looking to speak with experienced Heavy Lift Crane Operators for offshore construction vessel opportunities. This is a specialist requirement, and the strongest fit will be candidates with proven experience operating main cranes on large offshore construction, installation or heavy lift vessels.
This is not a general platform, jack-up, PSV or offshore support vessel crane role. I am particularly keen to speak with candidates whose background sits firmly within offshore construction and heavy lift operations.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy and position, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
· Main crane operations on offshore construction / heavy lift vessels
· Safe execution of subsea construction, installation, decommissioning, or heavy lift campaigns
· Compliance with all lifting operations regulations, lift planning, and SIMOPS (Simultaneous Operations)
· Coordination with marine coordination teams and offshore management for safe lifting operations
· Maintaining a strong safety record and accurate crane logs

Requirements:
Essential Experience:
· Main crane operations on offshore construction / heavy lift vessels – mandatory
· Large capacity crane experience, ideally 1000t+ – mandatory
· Subsea construction, installation, decommissioning or heavy lift campaigns – mandatory
· Strong understanding of lift planning, SIMOPS and marine coordination environments – mandatory
· Clear offshore project history and a strong safety record – mandatory
· Valid Crane Operator Stage 3 certification (or equivalent)
· Valid STCW certificates as applicable
· Valid Medical Certificate (offshore / ENG1 or equivalent)
· Valid BOSIET / FOET with CA-EBS
· Valid Seaman's Book and Passport
· Proficiency in English communication (verbal and written)
