Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Crane Operator to join a SCOV DP2 (Subsea Construction Offshore Vessel, Dynamic Positioning Class 2) operating in offshore waters in the United States.
The vessel has a GRT of 9423 tons, LOA of 122.4 meters, and is equipped with ASD propulsion (18,654 HP) and a 150-ton SWL crane. The project involves offshore lifting operations supporting subsea and construction activities. Contract duration is 4 weeks, with joining scheduled for April 1st.
Candidates must have solid offshore experience on vessels such as MPSV, OCV, or DSV and be capable of performing crane operations safely in dynamic offshore environments.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Operating offshore crane for lifting and cargo handling operations
• Ensuring safe execution of lifting activities in compliance with procedures
• Performing routine inspections and basic maintenance of crane equipment
• Coordinating with deck crew and bridge during operations
• Maintaining accurate records of lifting operations and equipment status

Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Valid Medical Fitness Certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• First Class Seaman License
• Crane Operator Certificate (Sparrows Stage 3 / EnerMech Stage 3 / G5 / AIS Survivex)
• OPITO HUET and CA-EBS certificates
• Valid US Visa (B1-OCS or B1 for wind activities)
• Minimum 12 months of offshore experience as Crane Operator on MPSV / OCV / DSV vessels
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
