Job Description:
We are currently recruiting an experienced Crane Operator for a Service Operation Vessel (SCOV DP2) operating in the North Sea.
Vessel Details:
- Vessel Type: SCOV DP2
- Gross Tonnage: 9,423 GRT

- Flag: Norway
- Crane Capacity: 150-tonne SWL
The successful candidate will join the vessel on 20 July for a 4-week contract. Due to the vessel's flag requirements, applications are accepted only from EU passport holders or Ukrainian nationals with a valid EU residence permit.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
- Operating the vessel's 150-tonne offshore crane safely and efficiently.
- Carrying out lifting operations in accordance with company procedures and international safety standards.
- Inspecting and maintaining lifting equipment before and during operations.
- Coordinating with the bridge and deck crew to ensure safe cargo handling.
- Complying with all HSE, vessel, and client requirements.
Requirements:
- Valid STCW certificates.
- Valid Medical Fitness Certificate.
- Proficiency in English communication.
- EU passport or Ukrainian nationality with a valid EU residence permit.
- First Class Seaman License.
- Valid Crane Operator Certificate (Sparrows Stage 3 / EnerMech Stage 3 / G5 / AIS Survivex).
- Valid HUET and CA-EBS certificates.
- Minimum 24 months of onboard experience as a Crane Operator on a similar vessel type.
- Candidates must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
Employment Details:
- Contract Duration: 4 weeks.
- Joining Date: 20 July.
- Trading Area: North Sea.
- Salary: EUR 320 per day.
