Location: KSA (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia)
We are currently seeking an experienced Chief Officer / SDPO for a DSV DP2 (Diving Support Vessel) operating in Saudi Arabia.
The project involves SAT diving operations, requiring a candidate with strong DP knowledge and proven experience on similar offshore vessels.
The contract is short-term with an immediate joining date.
Candidates with Master License, Full DP Certificate, and previous work under ARAMCO are highly preferred.
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Safe navigation and DP operations during SAT diving activities
• Maintaining compliance with vessel safety and operational procedures
• Supervising bridge team and coordinating with dive control department
• Monitoring, reporting, and documenting vessel operations and DP events
• Ensuring readiness and integrity of all navigational and DP systems
• Valid STCW certificates
• Valid Medical Fitness Certificate
• Proficiency in English communication (Marlins Test minimum 80% in all sections)
• Must hold a Master License and Full DP Certificate
• Minimum 24 months experience on DSV/DP2 or similar vessels in the rank of Chief Officer / SDPO
• Solid experience with SAT diving operations (mandatory)
• ARAMCO approval (preferable)
• Passport, COC, Endorsements, Seaman’s Book & DP Log Book must be valid
• Contract Duration: 60 days
• Salary: USD 475 per day
