Location: UAE — SSRV / LCT / AHT Vessels
Responsibilities:
Support the Master in navigation, safety, and daily operations.
Supervise deck crew and oversee cargo, mooring, and anchor handling operations.
Conduct safety drills and ensure all ISM and company documentation is up to date.
Promote a proactive safety culture onboard.
Requirements:
Valid Chief Mate CoC (Regulation II/2).
Minimum 3 years of offshore experience in similar rank and vessel type.
ADNOC approval preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proven track record in vessel management and operations.
