Job Description:

We are urgently seeking an experienced Chief Engineer for a Self-Propelled Jack-Up Barge DP2 operating in the UAE.
The position requires extensive engineering and offshore operational experience specifically on DP2 Jack-Up Barges, with readiness to join ASAP.
Candidates with ADNOC approval will be given priority for faster mobilization.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, duties may include but are not limited to:
 • Managing and supervising all engine room operations and machinery performance
 • Overseeing maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
 • Ensuring compliance with class, flag, ADNOC, and company standards
 • Maintaining accurate records, engine room logs, and planned maintenance systems
 • Leading the engineering crew and ensuring safety procedures and work protocols are strictly followed

Requirements:

• Chief Engineer’s License (STCW III/2)
• Valid STCW certificates
• Valid medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• 24–36 months actual onboard experience as Chief Engineer on Self-Propelled Jack-Up Barges
• ADNOC-approved candidates highly preferred
• Fully vaccinated against Covid-19

Employment Details:

• Contract Duration: 6 weeks
• Salary: USD 700 – 800 per day
