Job Description: An experienced Chief Engineer is required to join a Shoalbuster vessel operating in European waters. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the engine department, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all machinery and onboard systems. The vessel is engaged in anchor handling, pushing, and towing operations, making previous experience on similar offshore support vessels highly desirable. Candidates with experience working on Caterpillar engines will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities: As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Manage the operation and maintenance of all engine room machinery and equipment
• Supervise planned maintenance and repair activities
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and maritime regulations
• Support anchor handling, towing, and pushing operations from an engineering perspective
• Maintain technical records and oversee engine department personnel

Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Relevant Chief Engineer experience on similar vessel types
• Experience on Shoalbusters, Multicats, Tugboats, or similar offshore support vessels
• Experience with Caterpillar engines is preferred
