Job Description:
WRS – Worldwide Recruitment Solutions is currently looking for an experienced Chief Engineer to join a DP3 DSV operating in Norway. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of engine department operations, vessel machinery, maintenance activities, and ensuring safe and efficient technical operations onboard.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Manage and supervise engine room operations
Ensure safe operation and maintenance of propulsion and machinery systems
Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance
Monitor technical performance and troubleshoot equipment issues
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company procedures
Requirements:
Valid Certificate of Competency
Valid STCW certificates
Valid Medical Fitness Certificate
Valid Passport
Valid Seaman’s Book
Valid BOSIET / FOET certificate
Valid EBS certificate
Previous experience as Chief Engineer required
DP vessel / DSV experience preferred
Good English communication skills
