Location: North Sea

Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Bosun (Boatswain) to join an SCOV DP2 vessel operating in the North Sea. The contract duration is 8 weeks with a planned joining date of 10th May. The vessel is engaged in offshore operations, requiring strict adherence to safety standards and efficient deck crew coordination. Salary is negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.

Only EU Nationals holding a valid UK Work Permit or Ukrainian candidates under UK protection status will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
 • Supervising and coordinating deck crew operations
 • Ensuring proper maintenance of deck equipment and tools
 • Assisting in cargo handling and offshore operations
 • Enforcing safety procedures and company policies onboard
 • Reporting to Chief Officer and supporting daily deck activities

Requirements:

• Valid STCW certificates
 • Medical fitness certificate
 • Proficiency in English communication
 • EU Nationals with valid UK Work Permit or Ukrainian under UK protection status
 • Minimum 12 months experience as Bosun on similar DP2 or offshore vessels
 • Valid Boatswain’s License
 • HUET with CA-EBS certificate
