Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Bosun to join a Heavy Lift Installation Vessel operating on offshore installation projects across Europe. This rotational assignment is scheduled to commence on 1st July and continue through approximately October. The successful candidate will play a key role in supervising deck operations, coordinating deck crew activities, and supporting heavy lift and installation operations while maintaining the highest safety standards onboard.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Supervising and coordinating daily deck crew operations
• Assisting with heavy lift, installation, and offshore construction activities
• Planning and overseeing maintenance of deck equipment and work areas
• Ensuring compliance with company safety procedures and industry regulations
• Supporting vessel officers during cargo, mooring, and operational activities

Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates (BST)
• Medical fitness certificate (OEUK Medical)
• Proficiency in English communication
• Previous experience as Bosun on offshore or heavy lift vessels preferred
• Valid GWO Sea Survival certification
• Valid GWO Working at Height certification
