Job Description
McNeill Marine is recruiting 5 experienced Able Seamen / Ordinary Seamen for immediate mobilisation onboard a UK-flagged DP2 Platform Supply Vessel (PSV) operating in UK waters.
This is a 5-week offshore assignment, with potential for future opportunities for suitable candidates.
Open Positions:
- Able Seaman (AB) – 5 positions
- Ordinary Seaman (OS) with Navigational Watch Certificate
Key Responsibilities
- Perform deck duties according to the assigned rank.
- Assist with cargo handling and deck operations onboard the PSV.
- Participate in mooring, anchoring, maintenance, and general seamanship activities.
- Support safe offshore vessel operations.
- Comply with company HSE procedures and maritime regulations.
Requirements
- Valid AB or OS qualification with Navigational Watch Certificate where applicable.
- Valid STCW Basic Safety Training.
- Valid Designated Security Duties (DSD) certificate.
- UK Passport, UK Right to Work, or Frontier Worker Permit.
- UK, Irish, or EU nationality.
- Previous PSV / OSV / AHTS experience is preferred.
- Cargo vessel experience may also be considered.
- Valid medical certificate and seaman's documents.
