Job Description

Select Offshore is seeking an experienced AB Crane Operator for an upcoming assignment onboard a Diving Support Vessel (DSV).

The successful candidate must be available to mobilize and travel ASAP and hold all required offshore, crane, medical, and seafarer certifications.

Key Responsibilities

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Perform Able Seaman duties in accordance with onboard procedures.
• Operate cranes safely within the scope of the relevant crane qualification.
• Assist with lifting, deck, cargo-handling, and offshore operations.
• Carry out routine deck maintenance and preservation.
• Participate in mooring, lifting, and other vessel operations as required.
• Comply with offshore safety procedures, permit-to-work systems, and company policies.

Requirements

• AB Certificate of Competency (CoC).
• Crane Operator Grade 3.
• Valid STCW certificates.
• Valid BOSIET with CA-EBS.
• Valid medical certificate.
• Previous DSV experience.
• Availability to travel/mobilize ASAP.
• UK FWP / appropriate UK work authorization.
• Good English communication skills.
• Valid passport and seafarer’s documentation.
