Job Description:
A PSV fleet is seeking an experienced Able Seaman (AB) / Ordinary Seaman (OS) to join the vessel on 12 August 2026. The position is offered on a 5 weeks on / 5 weeks off rotation and is suitable for candidates with previous experience on PSV, OSV, AHTS, or MPSV vessels.
Candidates must have the legal right to work in the UK through a UK Right to Work status, Frontier Worker Permit, or British/Irish passport. The successful candidate will work under UK employment conditions, with applicable UK tax and National Insurance deductions from the day rate.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Carrying out deck duties and assisting with routine vessel operations.
Supporting mooring, unmooring, cargo handling, and offshore supply operations.
Maintaining deck machinery, equipment, and working areas in safe condition.
Assisting the deck department with maintenance and general vessel duties.
Following all onboard safety, security, and environmental procedures.
Requirements:
Valid STCW certificates.
STCW Designated Security Duties certification.
Valid medical fitness certificate.
UK Right to Work or Frontier Worker Permit or British/Irish passport.
Previous experience on PSV / OSV / AHTS / MPSV vessels.
Good English communication skills.
Valid seafarer documentation.
