Job Description:
An opportunity is available for an Able Seaman (AB) to join a DP-2 Platform Supply Vessel (PSV) operating in the UK sector, with joining dates scheduled for 15th and 25th April. The vessel is engaged in offshore supply operations, supporting oil and gas installations. Candidates must hold a valid UK Work Permit and be experienced in offshore environments, particularly on DP vessels.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Assisting with deck operations, cargo handling, and supply runs
• Supporting DP operations and maintaining deck readiness
• Handling mooring operations and general seamanship duties
• Maintaining safety standards and compliance with offshore procedures
• Assisting officers and crew in daily vessel operations
Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• UK Work Permit (mandatory)
• Previous experience on PSV / DP vessels preferred
Employment Details:
• Contract Duration: 4 weeks on / 4 weeks off
