Job Description:
689 SMCS Offshore is urgently recruiting Able Seamen (AB) for Offshore Vessels. Candidates holding 2/4 COP are required. The AB will support the deck department with mooring, maintenance, cargo operations, and general deck duties while maintaining high standards of safety onboard.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with mooring, anchoring, and general deck operations.
Carry out deck maintenance, cleaning, painting, and repairs.
Assist with cargo and offshore operational activities.
Maintain deck equipment and working areas in safe condition.
Follow onboard safety procedures and instructions from deck officers.
Requirements:
2/4 COP required
Previous offshore vessel experience preferred
Valid STCW certificates
Medical fitness certificate
Proficiency in English communication
Valid seafarer's documents
Availability for urgent deployment
