Job Description
We are recruiting an experienced Able Seaman (AB) to support deck operations on a Cable Lay Vessel in the Netherlands.
The AB will assist in cable installation support, heavy lift operations, mooring, and general deck maintenance in compliance with offshore safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Supporting cable lay and heavy lift deck operations
• Assisting with mooring and anchoring
• Operating deck equipment under supervision
• Performing maintenance and preservation tasks
• Ensuring safe working practices at all times
Requirements
• Proven AB experience on Cable Lay or Heavy Lift vessels
• Valid STCW certificates
• Valid Seaman’s Book and Passport
• Valid Medical Fitness Certificate
• Good English communication skills
• Strong safety awareness
