AB for AHTS / Tug Vessels

Job Description

Jebsen PTC is looking for an experienced Able Seaman (AB) to support deck operations and assist with offshore, towing, and vessel-handling activities aboard an AHTS or tug vessel.

Key Responsibilities

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Assist with mooring, unmooring, towing, and other deck operations.
• Perform deck maintenance, cleaning, painting, and equipment inspections.
• Carry out lookout and watchkeeping duties as assigned.
• Follow instructions from deck officers during offshore operations.
• Participate in safety drills and comply with onboard safety procedures.

Requirements

• Valid Able Seafarer Deck qualification or applicable AB certification.
• Relevant seagoing experience; AHTS or tug vessel experience is an advantage.
• Valid STCW certificates and seafarer documents.
• Valid medical fitness certificate.
• Proficiency in English communication.
