Location: North Sea (Crew change in France)
Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for a 3rd Engineer to join a SCOV DP2 vessel (GRT 9423, built in 2009, Norwegian flag) operating in the North Sea. The vessel is equipped with a 150-tonne SWL crane and performs offshore operations. The contract duration is 4 weeks with a planned joining date on 20th May. Daily rate is 300 EUR. Candidates should be prepared for offshore working conditions and technical responsibilities related to engine room operations and DP maintenance. Only EU nationals holding a valid UK work permit will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Assisting with engine room operations and maintenance of machinery
• Supporting DP system maintenance and ensuring operational readiness
• Monitoring engine performance and reporting technical issues
• Performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance
• Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations

Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• EU nationals with valid UK Work Permit
• Minimum 12 months of offshore experience as 3rd Engineer on MPSV / OCV / DSV vessels
• Officer in Charge of Engineering Watch (OICEW) License
• DP Maintenance certification
• HUET with CA-EBS certification
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
