Navis is recruiting an experienced 3rd Officer / DPO to join an MPSV DP2 operating in the North Sea.
The vessel has a GRT of 7,530, was built in 2008, and sails under the Norwegian Flag. The successful candidate will support safe navigation, bridge watchkeeping, Dynamic Positioning operations, and offshore activities while maintaining compliance with company and maritime safety procedures.

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Perform bridge watchkeeping and assist with safe navigation
• Operate and monitor the Dynamic Positioning system during offshore operations
• Maintain navigation equipment, charts, publications, and bridge records
• Support safe vessel positioning during offshore activities
• Participate in emergency drills, safety meetings, and risk assessments
• Assist senior officers with deck and operational duties
• Maintain accurate DP and bridge documentation
• Valid Officer of the Watch (OOW) Certificate of Competency / License
• Valid DP Full Certificate
• Valid HUET with CA-EBS
• Minimum 12 months of actual onboard experience on similar vessels in the rank of 3rd Officer / DPO
• Previous MPSV / DP2 / offshore vessel experience required
• Valid COC and Endorsement
• Valid STCW certification package
• Valid Passport
• Valid Seaman’s Book with complete sea service records
• Valid Medical Certificate
• Candidates must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
• Good English communication skills
