Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Second Engineer to join a DP2 SCOV operating in the North Sea. The vessel is Norwegian flagged, built in 2009, with a gross tonnage of 9423 and equipped with a 150-tonne SWL offshore crane. The contract duration is 4 weeks with joining scheduled for 27th May.
Candidates must hold a valid Second Engineer’s License, HUET with CA-EBS certification, and DP Maintenance certificate. Due to vessel operational requirements, only EU Nationals holding a valid UK Work Permit or Ukrainian nationals under UK protection status will be considered.
Applicants must have a minimum of 12 months actual onboard experience on MPSV, OCV, or DSV vessels in the rank of Second Engineer. Candidates must also be fully vaccinated against Covid-19.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Assisting the Chief Engineer with engine room operations and maintenance
• Maintaining and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems onboard
• Supporting DP-related machinery maintenance and monitoring
• Ensuring safe and efficient operation of engine room equipment
• Maintaining compliance with company safety and environmental procedures
