2nd Engineer for OSV DP2 (North Sea)

We are looking for an experienced Second Engineer to join an OSV DP2 operating in the North Sea.
The project begins with a 10-day contract starting 10 December, followed by Christmas leave, with return on 12 January to commence a regular 4-week rotation.
Only candidates eligible to work in the UK will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
 • Overseeing engine room operations and daily technical routines
 • Monitoring and maintaining all mechanical, electrical, and propulsion systems
 • Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and maintenance procedures
 • Supporting DP maintenance tasks and liaising with the Chief Engineer

Requirements:

• Valid STCW certificates
 • Valid medical fitness certificate
 • Proficiency in English communication
 • Nationality requirement: Only EU nationals with UK Work Permit or Ukrainian nationals with UK Protection Status
• Minimum 18 months experience as 2nd Engineer on OSV / DP2 vessels
• Second Engineer’s License (mandatory)
• DP Maintenance certificate and DP Logbook

Employment Details:

• Contract Duration: 10 days (December) + Christmas leave + return on 12 January to start a 4-week rotation
• Salary: 340 EUR per day
