2nd Engineer on MPSV DP2(North Sea)

Location: North Sea

Job Description:
An experienced 2nd Engineer is required to join an MPSV DP2 vessel operating in the North Sea. The vessel is GRT 7,530, built in 2008, and flies the Norwegian flag.

The successful candidate must have extensive experience in the same rank onboard MPSV, OCV, or DSV vessels and hold the required engineering and offshore certifications.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Perform engine-room operations and ensure the safe and efficient operation of machinery
• Maintain and monitor main engines, auxiliary machinery, and technical systems
• Carry out routine inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Support safe vessel operations in accordance with company procedures and HSE requirements
• Maintain accurate engine-room records and documentation

Requirements:
• Previous 2nd Engineer experience on MPSV / OCV / DSV vessels – minimum 18 months actual onboard experience in rank
• Valid Second Engineer’s License
• Valid DP Maintenance certificate
• Valid HUET including CA-EBS
• Valid COC and Endorsement
• Valid STCW certificates
• Valid Medical Certificate
• Valid Seaman’s Book
• Valid Passport
• References from previous employers
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
• Good English communication skills
