Job Description:
An experienced 2nd Engineer is required to join a DP2 OSV operating in Nigeria. This is a permanent rotation position on an 8 weeks ON / 8 weeks OFF schedule.
Position: 2nd Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing and monitoring engine-room operations
• Carrying out maintenance and inspections of machinery and equipment
• Supporting safe and efficient vessel operations
• Maintaining engine-room records and documentation
• Following vessel HSE and safety procedures
Requirements:
• Second Engineer Officer CoC (3000 kW or more)
• STCW III/3
• Valid STCW certification
• DP Maintenance Training
• BOSIET with HUET and CA-EBS
• OGUK Medical Certificate
• Yellow Fever vaccination
• Seaman’s Book
• Passport
• Minimum 1 year of experience in rank on DP2 or DP3 vessels
