Oiler for Tanker Vessel

Job Description

Westminster Seafarer Management Philippines, Inc. is seeking an Oiler to assist the engine department with machinery monitoring, lubrication, routine maintenance, and engine room housekeeping.

Key Responsibilities

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Monitoring engine room machinery and reporting abnormal operating conditions.
• Checking lubricant levels and assisting with lubrication tasks.
• Supporting routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor repair work.
• Assisting engineering officers during inspections and machinery operations.
• Following onboard safety and environmental procedures.

Requirements

• Relevant Oiler or engine room experience.
• Valid STCW certificates and medical fitness certificate, as required.
• Relevant qualifications for the assigned duties.
• Proficiency in English communication.
• Valid passport and Seaman’s Book.
• Tanker experience preferred or as required by the employer.
