Job Description:
The Oiler assists the engine department with lubrication, maintenance, and monitoring machinery to ensure efficient vessel operation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lubricate and maintain engine room machinery.
• Assist engineers with routine inspections and maintenance.
• Monitor machinery performance and report anomalies.
• Participate in engine room drills and safety operations.
• Maintain engine logs and records.
Requirements:
• Valid Gas Course and DC certification.
• Medical fitness certificate.
• Proficiency in English communication.
• Nationality: Sri Lankan or Bangladeshi.
• Prior experience on gas tankers preferred.
