The Master will be responsible for the overall command of the vessel, ensuring safe navigation, efficient cargo operations, and compliance with all international maritime regulations. This is a senior leadership position requiring strong decision-making, communication, and crisis management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee vessel navigation and safety operations
• Ensure compliance with company SMS, ISM, and ISPS codes
• Supervise crew performance and onboard training
• Maintain communication with company and port authorities
• Lead emergency preparedness and drills

Requirements:
• Valid STCW Master (Unlimited) COC
• Minimum 24 months of experience as Master on Panamax/Capesize vessels
• Strong knowledge of international navigation and cargo handling
• Excellent command of English (written and verbal)
• Valid seafarer documents and medical certificate
