Master for Panamax / Handysize /Capesize Bulk Carrier Vessels

Job Description

Spectrum Marine and Ship Management Inc. is recruiting an experienced Master for bulk vessels operating in the international fleet. Vacancies are available for Panamax, Handysize, and Capesize vessels with deployment scheduled for October–November.

Key Responsibilities

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Take overall command and responsibility for safe vessel operations.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, international regulations, and safety requirements.
• Supervise deck operations, navigation, cargo operations, and crew management.
• Maintain vessel documentation and ensure operational readiness.
• Promote safe working practices and environmental protection onboard.

Requirements

• Valid Master CoC and STCW certificates.
• Valid medical fitness certificate.
• Relevant experience as Master on bulk vessels.
• Experience on Panamax, Handysize, or Capesize vessels as applicable.
• Good English communication skills.
• Valid seafarer documents.
