Job Description:
NAESS Shipping Philippines, Inc. is recruiting for multiple positions onboard VLCC, VLGC, Oil & Prod Tanker vessels. The company is looking for experienced crew members for various ranks and positions. Successful candidates will join a reputable fleet, offering excellent working conditions and competitive compensation packages. Candidates must be available for deployment on short notice.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the vessel in accordance with company and international maritime regulations
• Supervision of crew, maintenance of machinery, and management of onboard operations
• Coordination of safety drills and ensuring compliance with environmental and operational standards
• Performing regular inspections and maintenance of equipment, machinery, and systems
• Monitoring fuel and cargo operations, ensuring smooth loading and discharge processes
Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position or on similar vessel types (e.g., VLCC, VLGC, Oil Tankers)
