Star Ocean Manning Philippines Inc. is urgently accepting qualified seafarers for Bulk Carrier vessels, including Capesize, Panamax, and Supramax fleets.
The company is preparing crews for January–October 2026 deployment.
Vessels are engaged in international bulk trade with standard working and living conditions in compliance with maritime regulations.
The fleet consists of more than 100 bulk vessels with stable employment and long-term cooperation opportunities.

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Safe navigation, cargo operations, and watchkeeping (deck officers)
• Operation and maintenance of engine room machinery (engine officers)
• Welding, fitting, and repair works as assigned (ratings and welders)
• Compliance with safety, environmental, and company procedures

• Valid STCW certificates appropriate to the applied position
• Valid medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Relevant experience on Bulk Carrier vessels
• For OS: minimum 12 months international sea service
• For Welder: shipyard experience required
