Job Description:
Marina Cakrawala Talenta (MCT) is urgently recruiting experienced Indonesian seafarers to join a VLCC fleet operating on International Trade.
The vessel operates on routes that may include High Risk Areas (HRA), particularly the Strait of Hormuz. Candidates must have relevant experience in the same rank and vessel type, meet all certification requirements, and be willing to sail through designated HRA routes.

- Bosun — USD 2,150/month
- Able Seaman (AB) — USD 1,606/month
- Ordinary Seaman (OS) — USD 1,243/month
- Pumpman — USD 2,150/month
- Fitter — USD 2,150/month
- Oiler — USD 1,606/month
- Wiper — USD 1,243/month
- Chief Cook — USD 2,150/month
- Messman — USD 1,243/month
Requirements:
- Indonesian nationality
- Valid STCW 2010 certificates with at least 18 months remaining validity
- Previous experience in the same rank and on VLCC vessels
- Valid Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate
- Good command of English
- Experience working with multinational crews
- Willingness to sail through High Risk Areas (HRA), particularly the Strait of Hormuz
- Willingness to transit HRA routes
- Ready to join as soon as possible
