Job Description:
PT. Arjuna Smaudera Indonesia is urgently recruiting a complete crew of Indonesian seafarers for an AFRAMAX Tanker trading between the Mediterranean Sea and Black Sea. Joining is planned for mid to end of August 2026.
The company is looking for experienced crew with previous LR / AFRAMAX / VLCC tanker experience. Recruitment is free of charge.
Available Positions:
Deck Department:
• Master — $13,500 + $6,750 bonus
• Chief Officer — $11,500 + $5,750 bonus
• Second Officer — $5,500 + $2,750 bonus
• Third Officer — $4,500 + $2,250 bonus
• Bosun — $2,800 + $1,400 bonus
• AB — 3 positions — $1,850 + $925 bonus each
• Ordinary Seaman — 2 positions — $1,250 + $625 bonus each
Engine Department:
• Chief Engineer — $13,500 + $6,750 bonus
• Second Engineer — $11,500 + $5,750 bonus
• Third Engineer — $5,500 + $2,750 bonus
• Fourth Engineer — $4,500 + $2,250 bonus
• Electrician / ETO — $7,500 + $3,750 bonus
• Pumpman — $2,800 + $1,400 bonus
• Fitter — $2,800 + $1,400 bonus
• Oiler — 2 positions — $1,850 + $925 bonus each
• Wiper — $1,250 + $625 bonus
Catering Department:
• Chief Cook — $2,800 + $1,400 bonus
• Messman — $1,250 + $625 bonus

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Safe navigation and operation of the AFRAMAX tanker according to company procedures
• Performing cargo, deck, engine room, and maintenance operations according to rank
• Maintaining vessel safety, equipment, and operational standards
• Complying with ISM, STCW, MARPOL and company safety procedures
• Supporting safe and efficient vessel operations during Mediterranean and Black Sea voyages

Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Indonesian nationality only
• Relevant experience on LR / AFRAMAX / VLCC tankers
• Valid rank-specific licenses and certificates
• Previous experience in the relevant position
