Job Description
CHH Shipping is actively recruiting qualified and experienced Indonesian seafarers for multiple positions across its fleet of cargo and tanker vessels.
The company supports candidates throughout the recruitment process, including technical interviews, visa assistance, and crew-friendly flight arrangements. Applicants must hold valid certificates and have relevant experience for their intended rank and vessel type.

Key Responsibilities
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
- Carrying out assigned deck, navigation, engineering, electrical, or cargo-related duties.
- Maintaining vessel equipment and machinery according to the requirements of the position.
- Following onboard safety procedures and applicable maritime regulations.
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting operational or technical issues.
- Working collaboratively with officers and crew to ensure safe and efficient vessel operations.
Requirements
- Indonesian nationality is required.
- Valid Certificates of Competency (CoC), endorsements, and STCW certificates appropriate to the position.
- Relevant experience in the same rank and on the applicable vessel type.
- Valid passport, seafarer’s book, and other required seafarer documents.
- Valid medical fitness certificate.
- Good English communication skills, where required for the position.
- Availability to join between mid-October and mid-November 2026.
