PACC Shipping Phils., Inc. is hiring qualified and experienced seafarers to join its team at sea. The company is seeking competent maritime professionals for positions across the Deck and Engine Departments.
Crew members may be assigned to Tankers, Bulk Carriers, General Cargo Vessels, and Multi-Purpose Vessels (MPV). Candidates are expected to perform their duties safely and efficiently while maintaining the company's standards of Integrity, Competence, and Excellence at Sea.

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Safely perform all duties associated with the assigned rank onboard the vessel.
Follow company procedures, vessel safety management systems, and applicable maritime regulations.
Support safe and efficient deck, cargo, navigation, engine-room, maintenance, and catering operations according to rank.
Participate in safety drills, emergency response activities, inspections, and routine maintenance.
Maintain professional standards, effective communication, and safe working conditions onboard.
Relevant experience in the same or similar position.
Previous experience on the applicable vessel type is preferred.
Valid STCW certificates applicable to the position.
Valid Medical Fitness Certificate.
Valid Seaman’s Book and relevant employment documents.
Valid licenses and professional certificates required for the assigned position.
Proficiency in English communication.
Candidates must meet all applicable company and maritime requirements.
