Key Responsibilities

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Ensure safe navigation, vessel operations, and cargo activities according to the assigned rank.
• Supervise deck operations and maintain deck equipment as applicable.
• Operate, inspect, and maintain engine-room machinery and electrical systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs to ensure vessel readiness.
• Follow company policies, onboard safety procedures, and applicable maritime regulations.

Requirements

• Valid STCW certificates relevant to the position.
• Valid Medical Fitness Certificate.
• Valid Seaman’s Book and Passport.
• Relevant sea service and experience in the rank applied for.
• Previous bulk carrier experience, preferably on Panamax vessels.
• Good English communication skills.
• Valid professional licenses and endorsements, where applicable.
