Job Description:
Adriatic Crewing & Maritime Agency d.o.o. is seeking qualified and motivated seafarers to join Container Carrier vessels operating in the European region. Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Safe navigation, watchkeeping, and cargo operations (deck officers/ratings)
• Proper maintenance and repair of vessel machinery and electrical systems (engine department)
• Ensuring compliance with STCW regulations, safety, and environmental procedures
• Effective teamwork to maintain smooth daily operations onboard
Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Relevant rank-specific experience preferred
Employment Details:
• Contract Duration: 6–9 months (depending on rank)
