Job Description
Topaz Maritime is urgently seeking qualified and experienced Indonesian seafarers to join MR Size and Aframax Oil Tanker vessels with immediate joining.
Successful candidates will support cargo handling operations, engine room management, deck maintenance, welding activities, machinery operations, and catering support while ensuring compliance with international maritime regulations, STCW requirements, and company HSE policies.
This opportunity is ideal for experienced tanker professionals with previous foreign-going experience and the ability to work within multinational crews.

Job Responsibilities
- Support safe tanker vessel operations
- Perform deck maintenance, mooring, and cargo handling operations
- Conduct pump room and cargo transfer operations (Pumpman/Bosun)
- Operate and maintain engine room machinery and auxiliary equipment
- Carry out welding and fabrication work where applicable
- Support galley and accommodation services
- Participate in emergency drills and safety meetings
- Ensure compliance with company HSE policies, STCW requirements, and international maritime regulations
- Maintain operational readiness and effective teamwork onboard
Requirements
- Indonesian nationality
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the same rank on the same vessel type
- Previous experience on MR or Aframax Oil Tankers preferred
- Valid STCW certification package
- All certificates and documents must remain valid for at least 15 months
- Valid Rating Able Certificate (for AB)
- Valid AOT/ACT Certificate (for Pumpman)
- Valid Welding Certificate (for Fitter)
- Valid Food Handling Certificate (for Messboy)
- Fluent English communication skills
- Experience working with multinational crews is preferred
- Previous foreign-going vessel experience is an advantage
- Valid passport, seaman book, and medical certificate
- Strong safety awareness and teamwork abilities
- Physically and medically fit for sea service
