Requirements:
Minimum 2 contract experience in the same rank
Pumpman: must have COP ATOT, ATCT, and Framo/Marflex experience
Other ratings: must have COP BTOC
Valid STCW certificates and documents
Medical fitness certificate
Good English communication skills
Strong safety awareness and teamwork
