Crew for Heavy Lift Vessel

Job Description:
Ness Shipping Philippines Inc. is urgently recruiting qualified crew members for Heavy Lift Vessels. Vacancies are available across the deck, engine, and electrical departments.
Candidates with OIC licenses are encouraged to apply as ratings. For Able Seaman applicants, previous crane driver experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Perform duties according to the assigned rank and department responsibilities.
Support safe heavy-lift cargo operations and general vessel activities.
Assist with deck machinery, lifting equipment, maintenance, and cargo handling as applicable.
Carry out routine inspections and maintenance within the assigned department.
Follow vessel safety procedures, ISM requirements, and heavy-lift operational standards.

Requirements:
Valid STCW certificates appropriate to the position.
Valid Certificate of Competency / relevant qualifications for officer positions.
Valid medical fitness certificate.
Relevant experience on Heavy Lift Vessels preferred.
Able Seaman: Crane driver experience required.
OIC license holders: Ratings with OIC licenses are encouraged to apply.
Valid passport and seafarer documentation.
Good English communication skills.
