Job Description

Elburg Shipmanagement is urgently seeking three Fitters to perform mechanical maintenance, repairs, and fabrication work aboard oil tanker vessel.

Key Responsibilities

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Carry out mechanical repairs and maintenance.
• Assist with fitting, fabrication, and workshop tasks.
• Inspect tools and equipment and report defects.
• Support the engineering team during machinery repairs and overhauls.
• Follow onboard safety procedures and maintain a clean working area.

Requirements

• Relevant experience as a Fitter in the maritime industry.
• Experience with shipboard machinery and mechanical systems.
• Valid STCW certificates and seafarer documents, as applicable.
• Valid medical fitness certificate.
• Proficiency in English communication.
