Status Maritime Corp. is urgently hiring a Fitter for a Crude Oil Tanker. The position involves mechanical maintenance, repairs, fabrication, and support of engineering operations onboard.

Key Responsibilities

• Performing mechanical maintenance and repairs.
• Assisting with machinery overhauls and inspections.
• Carrying out fabrication and workshop tasks.
• Supporting engineers during mechanical repairs.
• Maintaining safe working practices in workshop and engine-room areas.

Requirements

• Previous Fitter experience.
• Relevant Crude Oil Tanker experience preferred.
• Valid STCW certificates.
• Valid medical fitness certificate.
• Proficiency in English communication.
• Valid seafarer's documents.
