Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Fitter to join an LNG Tanker. Candidates must have proven experience in the same rank and on the same vessel type.

Key Responsibilities

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Carrying out mechanical maintenance and repair work onboard.
• Performing fabrication, fitting, and repair of machinery and piping systems.
• Assisting the engineering department with planned maintenance.
• Carrying out welding, cutting, and other workshop tasks as required.
• Following all onboard safety and maintenance procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience as Fitter on LNG Tankers is mandatory.
• Updated BST in accordance with MSC.560.
• All documents and certificates must be valid for more than 18 months.
• Good knowledge and fluent English.
• Valid medical and seafarer documentation.
