Job Description

BSM Crew Service Centre Philippines, Inc. is urgently seeking four Fitters to support mechanical maintenance, repairs, and workshop operations aboard container vessels.

Key Responsibilities

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Perform mechanical repairs and maintenance on shipboard equipment.
• Assist with fitting, fabrication, and workshop tasks.
• Inspect tools and equipment and report defects.
• Support the engineering team during machinery repairs and overhauls.
• Maintain a safe and orderly workshop environment.

Requirements

• Relevant experience as a marine or shipboard Fitter.
• Container vessel experience is an advantage.
• Valid STCW certificates and seafarer documents, as applicable.
• Valid medical fitness certificate.
• Proficiency in English communication.
