The Chief Officer assists the Master in navigation, cargo planning, and overall deck management. Responsible for deck safety and crew supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare cargo plans and stability calculations
• Oversee deck operations, mooring, and maintenance
• Ensure compliance with international safety standards
• Conduct onboard safety drills and inspections
• Train and mentor junior officers

Requirements:
• Valid STCW Chief Mate / Master COC (Unlimited)
• Minimum 24 months as Chief Officer on bulk carriers
• Experience with Panamax/Capesize vessels preferred
• Fluent English communication
• Valid medical and STCW certificates
