Job Description:
The Chief Engineer manages all engine room operations, maintenance of mechanical systems, and ensures the safe operation of all machinery on board the LPG Tanker.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and maintain all mechanical and electrical systems.
• Oversee engine room operations and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Manage engine room crew and coordinate with the Master.
• Maintain proper records of machinery operations and repairs.
Requirements:
• White CoC or Honduras CoC for Chief Engineer.
• Prior experience on LPG Tankers.
• Medical fitness certificate.
• Proficiency in English communication.
