Job Description:
We are hiring a Chief Engineer to lead engine department operations on container/MPP vessels. The role ensures safe functioning, maintenance, and compliance of all machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all engine room machinery operations and maintenance
• Manage engine department crew
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
• Conduct troubleshooting and repairs
• Maintain technical documentation and reports
Requirements:
• Valid STCW Chief Engineer license
• Container/MPP vessel experience
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English
